The cost of an agent
The broker fee charged to the renter is roughly one full month's rent, and it varies with the rent — there is no single fixed number.
What we can't measure yet
These exist in the design, but the corpus isn't deep enough yet to publish a number.
Median days on market
not yetHow many days a listing sits on the market before it comes down — a median lands once enough listing life-cycles accumulate.
We don't have enough data for this yet
Signed-rent index
not yetThe median signed rent versus asking, by area — published once there are enough anonymous contract contributions.

Methodology
The census is DirBalak's own measured count of rental listings it tracks — anonymized aggregate counts, never per-listing or owner data. Agent share is the AGENT-classified fraction of the corpus; masking is the share of agent listings whose address is not at street level. The crime context is the Israel Police open dataset rolled up to city totals — never a named-area ranking. Below a minimum sample a figure is withheld, not estimated; a withheld median is genuinely not yet derivable, never a proxy.
