What we don't do

This is the part most products skip. It's the part we lead with.

  • We don't promise you'll skip the agent's fee. We try, and honestly — we rarely pull it off. We tell you who's behind the ad; what you do with that is yours.
  • We don't characterize named people. The verdict is agent-or-owner from the public record, never a claim about a specific person.
  • We don't store your personal data, and we don't send anything on your behalf — every message you see is a draft for you to send yourself.
  • We don't take money from landlords or agents. We're on one side of the table, and it isn't theirs.

Who's behind it

A small, independent team of renters who got tired of walking into viewings knowing less than the person showing the apartment. We're not a brokerage and not a listings portal — we don't have a side in your deal except yours.
